1st clause : The images\videos in our store are not to be used without permission.

2nd clause : We make sure to keep good relartionship with our suppliers and our artisans, that way we are sure the products will always be in good quality.

3rd clause : For wholesale business please contact us on our social media or our e-mail adress : contact@atlas-pottery.com

4th clause : We advise you to be extremely sure of the shipment adress, because all orders are shipped to the adress you provide to the website. We are not responsible for packages shipped to wrong adresses, so be sure to check more than once your adress.

5th clause : We ship through Fedex or Dhl, so the order will be there before you know it.

6th clause : The order will be done within 1-2 weeks.

7th clause : We ship the product from Morocco, that's where our warehouse is located. The brand is in USA however so it's 100% legit.

8th clause : We promise you that our products are easily assembled, in case you have some technical difficulties, please contact us.

9th clause : Please make sure to always take pictures of the packaging before opening it, that way if it's damaged take more pictures and send them to us so we can open a case against fedex and be refunded so we can refund you as well.
