Production Process and delivery time

Once you pass your order we start working on it, it would take us around ten days to make it then we ship it with fedex or dhl and send you the tracking number. The delivery takes for most countries 5 open days. 

In any case the product arrives damaged you have the right in a new one or a full refund. 

Make sure to verify the sink once it arrives, once 100days passes the order is closed and mark as delivered.

If the sink arrives in good condition but you don't like it, you can return it in the next 15days. Once we receive the sink and make sure of it's condition the refund is automatically generated.

Please make sure that we are not responsible for the custom fees for your country, each country has it's own custom fees and we don't have these kind of infos.

In the case of return the customer is in charge of the fees of return.
