📦 Shipping Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. All orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Atlas Pottery is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. We strongly advise you to verify your address more than once before confirming your order.

🎨 Custom & Personalized Orders

We love bringing your vision to life! You can contact us to personalize your product — we can create any design you want. Simply send us your image or reference one from our store. Please note: once you confirm your customization, production begins immediately and cannot be reversed. Take your time and only confirm when you're completely sure.

Orders are typically completed within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the product ordered.


🛡️ Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship. All Atlas Pottery products come with a lifetime warranty on product quality. Please note: the warranty does not cover glass components (e.g., mirrors).


🔧 Assembly & Installation

Our products are designed to be easy to assemble. If you encounter any technical difficulties during installation, don't hesitate to contact us — we're happy to help.


💰 Taxes & Duties

Atlas Pottery is not responsible for any additional taxes or customs duties that may apply to your order. These charges are determined and collected by your country's authorities. As a legitimate business, applicable taxes are handled in compliance with local regulations.


🎨 Design Variations on Small Sizes

Some design schemes may vary slightly on smaller product sizes. However, we guarantee that the overall aesthetic, colors, and feel remain consistent and true to the original design.


📷 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it. Then take additional photos of any damage inside and send them to us. This allows us to file a claim with FedEx or DHL and process your refund as quickly as possible.
